To establish and maintain the structures of development and operation of a network of public libraries inside the GIM in order to ensure the citizens of all ages and all conditions the access to reading, information and documentation in all its forms.
The list of the members of the Biblio Network of Gaspésie - Iles-de-la-Madeline from Haute-Gaspésie is as follows:
