Description of service

The principal function of this service deals with the district planning file, with regional consultation and, more particularly, with the elaboration of the second developmental outline and revised development. The following functions are also connected to this service, including:

	examination of compliance to the objectives of the outline plan, and the additional ‘modifications'document added to the plans and regulations for town planning of the local municipalities
	drafting of a temporary control regulation (TCR);
	preparation of the modifications to be made to the current planning outline;
	The issuing of compliance certificates for the accomplishment of private projects.
